From basketball to badminton, tennis to track & field, Skylar Bouchard grew up playing every sport he could.
Skylar’s love of sport as a youth has since transformed into a passion for fitness. Specializing in high-intensity interval training, and one-on-one sessions, he pursued the Independent Fitness Leader, Advanced Resistance Training and Group Fitness Leader training through the Manitoba Fitness Council. To compliment his training style, Skylar has also studied Ashtanga Yoga from a highly accredited Shala in India.
