Depending on your Goals and Time Frame you will receive a Monthly customized Diet program along with recipes, weigh-in and measurement, accountability and email check ins. Whatever your goal may be; Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Healthy Eating Plan, or Competitor Advance Diet I can help you.

Receive your monthly personalized diet, along with recipes. The weigh-in and measurement is done monthly or bi-weekly depending on goals. Email or phone support during the program.
This includes food journaling for approximately 2 weeks depending on your goals. I then go over your diet do's and don'ts for the following 2 weeks. You will also have a weigh-in and measurement done at each session. I recommend 3 sessions.
