2 Day Training (16 hours split into 2 – 8 hour segments)

June 8 and 9 10:00am – 6:00pm

Individual Course Fee:

With Prior Certification (pole/dance/medical/fitness) $450 + 5% GST (not including equipment)

Without Prior Certification $650 + 5% GST (not including equipment)

PFIC Pole1 training focuses on body safety and alignment technique relating to basic pole fitness. We teach strength building exercises to help your students, plus fantastic mounts and dismounts with all the beautiful basic poses found on the pole.  Created for the informed instructor, this course provides you with everything needed to include Pole Fitness as a program designation in your alternative fitness studio.

 Basic Anatomy and Movement Mechanics of Pole

 Technique and Correct Form for Grips and Body Alignment

 Spotting and Safety Considerations

 Class Sequencing, Flow and Choreography examples

 Teaching Methods & Modifications

 Classroom Management & Instructor Code of Ethics

 Risk Management, Screening & Legal Liability

 Strength Training Methods off the vertical bar

 Basic Swings, Transitions, Rises

 Basic Poses up to and including basic rotation invert.

 Basic Modifications to boost your curriculum.

  What comes with the Program:

 16 hours of practical and theory training over 2 days.

 34 verified practical hours additional needed to receive certificate number. 50 hours in total.

 Certificate of Completion

 2 year Valid Certification. Re-Certification Required on or before 2 year anniversary.
