Founded by Kinesiologist, Kassy Bouchard in 2011, Vivacity Fitness has grown in popularity due to knowledgeable, highly qualified instructors in a community-oriented and supportive environment. Basic and Advanced Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of movement used to increase flexibility, strength, relaxation, and balance. In class we practice standing, sitting and supine asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) techniques.
