Kickboxing and conditioning is a fusion class involving kickboxing combos to increase cardiovascular fitness and burn calories with body weight/core exercises to strengthen and define muscles. Classes twice a week for 8 weeks.

Strength and Conditioning with Jennifer

This is a circuit style strength program with a conditioning edge. If you are looking to lose weight, increase muscle or tone and define this program will work for you. Accountability is available upon request for 2-3 x/week class commitment. Accountability = weigh-in and measurement 2x/month.

Price: $140.00 for 3x/week, $116 for 2x/week, $70 for 1x/week, Diet Consultation add $20

Sweat with Kimberly

An hour of heavy lifting and high intensity intervals. My goal is to make you stronger, more powerful, and to push you to the limits of your abilities! Full body strength workout with cardio drills to get the heart pumping. This class is designed for everyone - I can adapt the workout to suit a beginner or challenge an advanced participant. Whatever level you are at, you will see results! Classes twice a week for one month.
