Candace Beaudoin, MFC Fitness Theory, PFIC Pole 1

Candace began dancing at the age of 8 years old after watching her first baton competition. She became heavily involved in baton twirling with eventually winning multiple metals at Nationals. Through baton Candace explored other styles of dance such as ballet, jazz, acrobatics, and hip hop.

Soon hip hop became a passion for her, and eventually her only style of dance. After over 10 years of dancing Candace quit and began focusing on her university degree.

In 2017, Candace was introduced to pole dancing at Vivacity fitness. This soon became her favourite day of the week.

In 2018, Candace decided to take the leap back into dancing and joined a local hip hop crew, hopsKotch.

Candace’s love for pole only continued to grow and in 2019 she was given the opportunity to teach.

Candace hopes to combine her interest in hip hop and pole to make a fun class! She strives to create a positive and fun atmosphere for her students
