Now that you are comfortable with our basics from beginner, take your aerial hoop journey to the next level with our intermediate program. You will build on what you already know with more challenging mounts/dismounts, poses and combos in the hoop.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga combines the relaxation and deep stretch of yoga with fun and flight. Enjoy a compression free class where you can hang right side up or upside down.

Ever wanted to unleash your inner diva? Join us for this 4 week session to learn a fun and flirty choreographed chair dance. Not only will we spice up your fitness routine, you will learn some sexy new moves of your own.

Pole Dancing - Level One

New to the world of pole? Ever wanted to add some fun to your workout? Whether you are brand new or wanting to sharpen your newly found abilities, this session is a full routine of beginner pole walks, transitions and spins, to get you moving comfortably around the pole.

Our PFIC certified instructors will ensure your success with modifications for all levels.

Requirements: None. This class is open to everyone. Repeating students will be given variations to challenge their existing skills.

Proper attire: Wear whatever fitness clothing you are comfortable in. Leggings, pants, or capris suggested. No jewelry. We don't want to damage your fine jewelry or have it hurt you! Please leave it at home or in your bag. Normally pole class is barefoot, however socks/sockettes are optional as they make pivoting smoother and easier on the soles of your feet.

Pole Dancing - Level Two

Feeling confident with your new pole skills? Challenge yourself to learn more, as we begin to take our feet off the ground to practice the flying fundamentals. Learn more new swings, and take a step onto the pole to your first sit. This class is designed to gradually increase your strength, while expanding your pole moves repertoire as you complete your new routine.

Requirements: Must have successfully completed Pole Level 1 or recommended for session by PFIC certified instructor.

Pole Dancing - Level Three

Now that your feeling comfortable with your basics swings and sits, take your training up a notch with level 3. We will continue working on your strength and conditioning as we learn to put some of your favourite swings together into combos. You will learn new grips for more challenging spins, your handstand against the pole and your first basic invert. We are excited to help you turn your workout upside down!

Requirements: Must have successfully completed Pole Level 2 or recommended for session by PFIC certified instructor.

Now that you're confident with your spins, sits and basic invert, challenge yourself with our level 4 program. We begin to finesse your current technique and learn new poses/tricks on the pole.

Take your pole journey to new heights, building off our core curriculum in level 4, you will learn new conditioning, poses and tricks in our level 5 session, including cross ankle release and your first leg hangs.

Spin Pole

Time to take the pole off static and into spin mode. Learn to control your momentum and level up your pole strength by mixing some of your favourite spins and poses together on the spinning pole. By the end of the session, you will learn a short routine, and you will have the opportunity to film your performance.

Open Pole

Want some extra time with the pole? Join us for Open Pole! Practice what you want, with a certified instructor there to help you. Please note this is not a structured class, but a open hour for students to gain extra practice.

*Minimum of 2 students in attendance for Open Pole to run.

Pre-registration: $15.75 ($15+gst) – Must be registered at least 24 hours ahead of time.
Open Pole Drop-Ins: $21 ($20 +gst) – If you show up, or register with less than 24 hours notice.

Heels Choreography

This new session you will learn pole spins, poses and flowy transitions in heels, focusing on fluid movements, lines and floorwork. Throughout the session we will build what you learn into a fun, sexy routine. 

Requirements: We recommend you have some experience with pole, and dancing in heels. Suggested for level 2 and up.

Proper Attire: Heels highly encouraged, but not necessary. This class can be done in sock feet. We suggest wearing shorts with either thigh-high socks/leg warmers or kneepads. Knee pads are highly recommended not only for your comfort, but the ability to slide on the floor. No jewelry. We don't want to damage your fine jewelry or have it hurt you! Please leave it at home or in your bag.

Aerial Conditioning 

50 minutes of fun! This is a bootcamp style strength class where you will learn different conditioning exercises on and off the pole to compliment your aerial journey. Be sure to bring your water bottle and a towel from home too... as this session is guaranteed to get you sweating!

Requirements: None, this class is open to everyone. Modifications can be made to make exercises easier or harder!

Proper Attire: Shorts are required. We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel from home and a pair of socks. You might not use socks all the time, but they make great sliders for some exercises. No jewelry. We don't want to damage your fine jewelry or have it hurt you! Please leave it at home or in your bag.
