The Science to Healthy Feet

What should we do with the muscles in our feet and the 26 bones that support us? Sometimes foot pain is created much higher in your body then you realize. The way you stand and load tissues in the wrong places- may cause them to wear out before its time. There are a lot of factors that influence the movement of blood to these tissues. We will explore the foundations we stand on Myofascial techniques to help free the feet.
Why do I have constant neck and shoulder pain? Is it text neck syndrome?

Call it Text/tech, crafter's neck, occupational work neck syndrome- it all refers to a repetitive stress injury to the neck and shoulders by having your head forward or backward for an extended period of time. The forward bending (flexion) or backward bending (extension) affect the curvature of the spine (C1-C7), the neck and shoulder muscles and supporting ligaments. We will look at these areas with suggested Physic techniques to help release and strengthen the back and neck muscles.

Is constipation the cause of 80-90% of disease? When waste matters are held back- there is an unfavorable reaction on the whole system. It is poisonous substance that enters our blood known as auto-intoxication that may start to break down our organs. We will learn how to manage digestion in a holistic approach. Our stomach needs to breakdown our food and the logistics of the small intenstine so then our large intestine need to do its job!
